By booking, renting, scheduling, paying for, or using services provided by Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Rental Terms
Rental periods include the timeframe selected during booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional rental days may result in additional charges.
Weight Limits and Overages
Each dumpster rental includes a specified weight allowance. Any weight exceeding the included allowance will be charged at the current overage rate. Overweight dumpsters may also be subject to additional fees.
Prohibited Materials
The following items are prohibited unless specifically approved in writing:
– Hazardous waste
– Chemicals
– Paints
– Batteries
– Liquids
– Flammable materials
– Propane tanks
– Asbestos
– Medical waste
– Dirt, concrete, bricks, and block in standard rentals unless approved
Customers are responsible for any disposal fees, contamination fees, fines, damages, or cleanup costs resulting from prohibited materials.
Loading Requirements
Dumpsters may not be filled above the top edge of the container. Materials must be evenly distributed and safe for transport.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe loading conditions.
Placement and Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible placement conditions for delivery and pickup.
Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service is not responsible for damage to:
– driveways
– pavement
– sidewalks
– curbs
– underground utilities
– landscaping
– soft ground
– septic systems
– irrigation systems
Protective boards may be used upon request but do not guarantee prevention of surface damage.
Scheduling and Availability
Delivery and pickup dates are estimated and may be affected by:
– traffic
– weather
– landfill delays
– mechanical issues
– routing changes
– operational conditions
We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested schedules but cannot guarantee exact times.
Payments
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon during booking.
By providing payment information, customers authorize Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service to charge:
– rental fees
– overweight charges
– additional rental days
– prohibited material charges
– damage-related fees
– applicable taxes and surcharges
Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service based on service status, scheduling status, and operational costs already incurred.
Online Booking
Online bookings are subject to review and availability confirmation.
Pricing, inventory, service areas, and scheduling availability may change without notice.
Text Messaging
Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service may send text messages regarding:
– scheduling
– delivery updates
– pickup coordination
– customer support
– appointment confirmations
– service-related communication
– review requests
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Limitation of Liability
Gary’s Dumpster and Hauling Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental service.
