Rental Terms & Conditions
🕒 Rental Periods: All standard pricing includes your choice of a 3, 7, or 10-day rental. Need more time? Upgrade to the next rental length for $50 — just text us.
⚖️ Weight Limits: Overages are billed at $125 per additional ton, pro-rated. Special items: Tires are $20 each and Mattresses are $35 each.
🚧 Maximum Load: 5 tons on any dumpster — that's a legal hauling limit, not a fee.
🏠 Roofing: Shingles run heavy — roughly 200 to 400 pounds per square, so a 20 yard load covers about 8 to 15 squares before you're over the included weight.
⛽ Fuel Surcharge: A $75 fuel surcharge applies to deliveries between 15 and 25 miles from Pittston, PA. Past 25 miles depends on the address — enter yours when you book and you'll know before you pay. Most of the Wyoming Valley, Scranton and the surrounding towns are inside that radius with no surcharge.
🚫 Prohibited Items: Not allowed: hazardous waste, liquids, batteries, paint, asbestos, stumps, trees, branches or yard waste. We also can't take loads of concrete, dirt, brick, block or topsoil — though small miscellaneous pieces of concrete or block mixed in with regular debris are fine.
🚛 Placement: We provide driveway-safe delivery. We are happy to use protective wood blocking for your surfaces upon request at no extra charge.
